Don't you just love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate?
Warning: Eat one piece and give the rest away or you just might find yourself eating the whole pan!!!
Place 6 large graham crackers into a zip-up baggie.
Crush the crackers into fine crumbs.
In a medium, microwave safe bowl, melt 1/2 cup butter in the microwave 30-45 seconds.
Add 1/2 cup of peanut butter to the melted butter,
1-1/2 cups of powdered sugar,
and the graham cracker crumbs.
Mix well.
Press into the bottom of an 8x8" pan.
Now for the chocolate part. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips (I used semi-sweet) with 1 tablespoon of shortening or butter.
Spread melted chocolate over the top.
