Yellow Cake
(Basic Cake Class Recipe)
2 cups flour
1-1/2 cups sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 shortening
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Add all ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and parchment lined pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until done.
