Cake Class

Basic Cake Decorating:

This is a one-night only, 3 hour class in which you will learn the following:

• how to level, cut, fill and assemble a cake
• crumb-coating, filling, and icing a two-layer cake
• how to use decorating bags and tips
• how to mix icing and colors
• various piping techniques
• roses and leaves
• how to write on a cake
• fun easy and yummy ways to decorate a cake 

This is a hands on class.  At the end of class you will take your delicious and beautiful creation home with you!
Cost for the class is $65.00 and includes all supplies (even an 8" layered round cake for you to take home!!!)
Classes will be held in Provo (address will be emailed).
All Classes begin at 6:00 and will go until 9:00 pm
