CHOCOLATE MARBLED COOKIES1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup cocoa
4 T butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 t vanilla
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup powdered sugar
Cream together oil, cocoa, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour. Roll into 1-in balls and roll into powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-9 minutes or until set. Do not over bake!
You are a cookie baker after my own heart! I have a similar recipe and call them, "Chocolate Crinkles." It's interesting to see all the different names people come up for the same cookie...
