HOMEMADE CANDY BARS

I don't know why it's called this. When my sister was in 4th grade she had these at a friends house and got the recipe. We've been making them ever since. They're similar to a 7 Car Pile Up bar.

HOMEMADE CANDY BARS

1 stick of butter

1 package German Chocolate Cake mix

1 cup Cheerios

1 cup chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 can sweetened condensed milk

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Put butter on a jelly roll pan (cookie sheet) inside the oven until the butter is melted. Spread out the melted butter evenly on the pan. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly on top of the butter. Top with the Cheerios, chocolate chips, and marshmallows. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk all over everything. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before cutting into 2" bars.
