Orange Rolls
1-2/3 C warm water
½ C oil
1/4 C sugar
2T yeast
½ T salt
Mix oil and sugar and salt together. Then add the water, and the yeast. Let Rest for 10 minutes. Then add:
1 egg, beaten
5+/- C flour, enough to make a soft dough
Roll out half of dough into a rectangle. Spread half of filling on
½ C oil
1/4 C sugar
2T yeast

3/4 cup sugar
grated rind of 2 oranges
Roll up and cut into rolls. Place in greased muffin tins or cookie sheet. Repeat with second half. Turn
on oven to 425. Let rolls sit for 20 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes. Let sit for
10 minutes and frost.
