3 pieces of bread, torn into pieces
1 cup milk
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 eggs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well incorporated.
Spread mixture into an ungreased loaf pan or form into a loaf and place on a broiler pan.
Top with Glaze (optional):

Mix well; brush on top of meatloaf before baking.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes or until well done. (Meat thermometer should read 160 degrees)
STEP-BY-STEP
Into a large bowl, place 1-1/2 pounds of ground beef. ( I like to use beef with a very low fat content.)
Tear 3 pieces of bread into bite-size pieces
Add 1 cup milk and allow the bread to soak it up while you add the remaining ingredients.
1/4 cup minced onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 eggs and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (not pictured)
Mix all ingredients together until well incorporated. (I use my hands so I can really get in there and work everything together.) Spread the mixture into an ungreased loaf pan or form it into a loaf and place it on a broiler pan.
Using the same bowl you used to make the meatloaf in, make the glaze by mixing 1/2 cup ketchup
with 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
Brush evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60-75 minutes or until well done.
