Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies

 Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup butter-flavored shortening
1/2 cup butter, softened
2-1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup milk
2 eggs
3-1/2 cups flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1-1/2 cups butterscotch chips
 
Cream shortening, butter, and brown sugar together until well combined.  Mix in vanilla extract, milk, and eggs until incorporated.  Add flour, soda, and salt to the sugar mixture.  Mix until flour is combined.  Stir in chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.  Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
