MINT CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE

1 cup Oreos, crushed fine
3 tbs sugar
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 gallon mint chocolate chip ice cream
1/4 cup milk
Mix all ingredients, except ice cream and milk, together. Pat in a 9-in pie plate. Put in the freezer for 10 minutes. In the mean time, spoon ice cream into a large bowl add 1/4 cup milk and mix together. Spoon into chilled pie shell. Serve immediately or for better results, freeze 2 hours before serving.
