PIZZA

PIZZA CRUST
2-1/2-3 cups flour
1 Tbs yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup warm water
2 Tbs oil
Combine 2 cups flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and oil. Stir until smooth. Add remaining flour to form dough. Roll out and shape. Top dough with sauce and toppings of your choice. Bake 400 degrees for 15-20 miutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly.
PIZZA SAUCE
1 (10-3/4 oz) can tomato puree
1 tbs sugar
1 tsp oil
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp basil
1/8 tsp thyme
1/8 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients and simmer on stove top for 15-20 mins.
