Chewy Made-From-Scratch Brownies

This is a repost of sorts of this recipe.

Chewy Made-from-Scratch Brownies

 In a medium sauce pan, melt butter

 add cocoa powder

stir, and let cool.

 to a electric mixer bowl, add sugar

eggs

 salt

 and vanilla 

 slower mix in chocolate mixture

 and flour.  Mix until ingredients are just barely incorporated.

 Pour batter into a greased 9 x 13" baking dish

Bake at 350 degrees for 26-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.  Be careful not over bake.

You can eat these as is, warm or cold.  Or Frost them with your favorite Frosting.

 

CHEWY MADE-FROM-SCRATCH BROWNIES

1/2 cup cocoa

1 cup butter

2 cups sugar

4 eggs

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/2 cup flour

In a medium saucepan melt butter.  Mix in cocoa powder and let cool.  In a separate bowl, mix sugar, eggs, salt, and vanilla together.  Add chocolate mixture, and flour.  Mix until ingredients are barely incorporated.  Pour into a greased 9 x 13" baking dish.

Bake at 350 for 30 min, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

You can eat these as is, warm or cold.  Or Frost them with your favorite Frosting.
