Pumpkin Brownies

Moist, fudgey, yummy goodness.  The pumpkin and cinnamon in this recipe adds just a touch of fall to regular brownies.  Use a cookie cutter to cut the brownies into fun Halloween shapes, frost, and then decorate. Perfect for your Halloween/Fall Party's dessert table!

PUMPKIN BROWNIES
3/4 c. butter
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 c. cocoa
2 Tbsp. honey
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chocolate chips
Melt butter and mix in cocoa and pumpkin. Allow to cool. Add honey, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix well. Add chocolate chips. Pour batter into a greased 9-by-13 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
