Ghost Cookies

 My mom use to make these when I was growing up.  My kids and I have carried on the traditon and look forward to making these every October!
1 package Nutter Butter
6 squares of white Almond Bark
mini chocolate chips (for the eyes)
Melt 6 squares of Almond Bark in a narrow microwave-safe container.  Dip 3/4 of each cookie into the melted bark and place on a sheet of wax paper or Aluminum Foil.  Place mini chocolate chips for eyes.  Allow to set before serving.
