EASY BANANA CREAM PUDDING

EASY BANANA CREAM PIE!!!!

1 box vanilla wafer cookies

2 large pkg (6oz) instant vanilla pudding

6 cups milk

4 bananas

1 pt Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped or 8-12 oz Cool Whip

Put a layer of vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan.  Slice bananas on top of cookies, reserving 1/2 banana for top.  In a bowl, mix milk and pudding mix together.  After pudding begins to thicken, pour on top of bananas.  Refrigerate 5-10 minutes, until set.  Top with whipped cream and garnish with remaining banana.

NOTES:  Can use banana cream pudding in place of vanilla, or do half and half (one box vanilla, one box banana).
