Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

CHOCOLATE BUTTER CREAM FROSTING
1/4 cup butter
2 tbs cocoa powder
3 tbs evaporated milk
4 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
Melt butter in saucepan. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Add milk, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat with electric mixers until smooth and fluffy.
Notes: Add more milk if necessary.
