PEACHY CHICKEN

My neighbor introduced me to this recipe some years ago. It came from a Kraft Food magazine thus it's quick and easy, and tastes divine.
PEACHY CHICKEN
4 chicken breasts
1/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup creamy poppy seed dressing
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp ginger
1 cup peas
1 can (15-1/4 oz) peach slices, drained
In a little bit of oil, cook chicken breasts 5 minutes on each side, or until browned. Stir in broth, dressing, garlic, and ginger. Bring just to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3-5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Add peas and peaches. Cook an additional 2-4 minutes.
NOTES: I like to cut my chicken into bites size pieces before browning. I add more dressing about, 1/2 cup in all, and serve it over cooked rice.
