SUPER QUICK AND EASY CARAMEL CORN
2 bags microwave popcorn, popped according to package directions
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup miniature marshmallows
Empty popcorn into a large bowl, and set aside. Combine the butter, sugar, and marshmallows in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Using a whisk, mix until smooth. Drizzle over popcorn, and stir until evenly coated.
This was the best caramel corn!! My husband loved it!!! I made it for a couple different parties this Christmas and it was a hit every time! Thanks!
